Association Governance

The business of the Lōkahi Makai Homeowners’ Association is handled by an elected board of directors. These board members are homeowners themselves, as required by the bylaws of the association. The board meets bi-monthly to conduct business, generally at the offices of our property management company. Homeowners are invited to attend and encouraged to participate in the public portion of these meetings. The board meets in executive session following the public meeting to discuss sensitive legal and financial matters. Meeting minutes and financial reports from the public meetings are available for homeowner review.
